Based on the Company’s Board of Directors Decree on the Appointment of Corporate Secretary No. IKS/BOD/003/IV/2025 dated April 17, 2025, the Company has appointed Indira Indah Prameshwari as the Corporate Secretary, effective as of April 17, 2025.
Indira Indah Prameshwari obtained a Bachelor of Business degree from Victoria University in 2007 and a Master of Science in International Business Management from Nottingham University in 2009.
